Water Purification Systems – Hypochlorination Units
Characteristics
When connected to a water supply line, the unit will chlorinate the water unattended for 24 hours.
The unit will feed hypochlorite solution at a set rate, to water supply lines with pressures between 25-100 psi.
The unit will chlorinate water at a rate from 2-350 gpm.
The unit uses water pressure as its power source.
The unit is portable frame-mounted.

Major Components
Four-inch manifold. A four-inch diameter pipe for connection to a water supply line.
It can be supplied with inlet/outlet flanges or quick disconnect hose fittings.
Reservoir tank. A 6-gallon plastic tank holding the hypochlorite and water solution.
Ratio-feeder assembly. Automatically provides a preset amount of hypochlorite solution proportional to the water supply.

The unit will feed hypochlorite solution at a set rate, to water supply lines with pressures up to 150 psi.
The unit is electrically powered, 110/120V, 50/60 Hz connection with a 3-prong grounding plug. Length: 25 ft.
All equipment is preassembled. The only requirement is to secure the pump head to the tank, mix the hypochlorite solution, and plug the pump into a recommended power source.
Pump stroke length and frequency can be adjusted over 0-100 % of the range.
Flow Rate: 0.55 ga/hr max – additional flow rates and options are available.
