For years, a semiconductor manufacturer in Oregon had been dealing with unreliable Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers from one of Waltron’s competitors. The maintenance and lay-up procedures were inconvenient and time-consuming.
So when Kemtrol, Inc., their water/wastewater treatment solutions provider, recommended investing in Waltron’s single-channel analyzer, they hoped for a more straightforward process. Little did they know that this investment would uncover crucial insights and save the day.
The process of monitoring water and steam quality in industrial facilities like power plants and paper mills is often very complex and requires a lot of expertise. However, maintaining these instruments can be an even bigger challenge.
In this article, we will discuss the benefits of using Waltron’s instruments, which are built to be easy to use and maintain. We will explore how Waltron’s Luminescent Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers can solve the complexities in water and steam quality monitoring with their simple system setup operation, no sensor maintenance, and no calibration or service for up to two years.
