WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEMS – HYPOCHLORINATION UNITS

Characteristics
• When placed in a water supply line, unit will chlorinate water flowing through the line unattended for periods up to 24 hours.
• Unit will feed hypochlorite solution in direct proportion to waterflow rate with a line pressure between 25-100 psi.
• Unit will chlorinate water at a rate from 2-350 gpm.
• The unit uses water pressure as its power source.
• Unit is portable frame mounted.

Major Componets
• Four-inch manifold. A four-inch diameter pipe for connection to a water supply line. Can be supplied with inlet/outlet flanges or quick disconnect hose fittings.
• Reservoir tank. A 6-gallon plastic tank holding the hypochlorite and water solution.
• Ratio-feeder assembly. Automatically provides a preset amount of hypochlorite
solution proportional to the water supply.

WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEMS – HYPOCHLORINATION UNITS

Characteristcs
• When connected to a water supply line, unit will chlorinate the water unattended for periods from 24 hours to 4 days.
• Unit will feed hypochlorite solution at a set rate, to water supply lines with pressures up to 150 psi.
• The unit is electrically powered, 110/120V, 50/60 Hz connection with 3-prong grounding plug. Length: 25 ft.
• All equipment is preassembled. The only requirement is to secure the pump head to the tank, mix the hypochlorite solution in the tank, and plug in the pump to recommended power source.

FLOW RATE: .55 gal/hr max

Pump stroke length and frequency can be adjusted over 0-100 % of range. Additional flow rates and options are available.
